Residential Services

Our Residential Services Agency provides medical and non-medical care services to unrelated sick or disabled individuals for compensation.

Care is given or supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN). Nurses provide direct contact, manage, observe, evaluate patient care, and teach patients and their family caregivers how to give proper care. Examples include but are not limited to:

Case coordination
Medication administration / medication pre-filling
Injections
Wound Care
Eye drop administration
Drawing and Delivery of lab specimen, follow-up with a physician
Easy transition from hospital to home
Initial and Periodic Health Assessments
Medication training and compliance
Pain management
Catheter Care
Disease management and education (Diabetes, Stroke, Hypertension)
Wound care and dressing changes
Tube feeding and management
Home IV Therapy management
Pharmacy refills and home delivery
Round-the-clock medical care in your home after discharge from the hospital following an operation or accident

Personal Care Services

Part-time and intermittent services to help with activity daily living. Examples include but are not limited to:

Assist with Personal Care: bathing (bed, chair, tub, shower) and Perineal Care
Oral Care: the cleaning of teeth or dentures
Nail Care: Clean & file only
Assist with Toileting: bedpan, commode, or toilet use
Incontinent Care
Take temperature, pulse, respirations, and record
Catheter care, Measure intake/output
Use of Stand-up/ Hoyer Lift
Range of Motion Exercises
Medication Reminders
Assist with meal preparation
Ambulation/Transfers (Walker, Wheelchair Assistance)

Companion Care Services

Companion care is primarily emotional support and companionship for seniors who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent at home. Examples include but are not limited to:

Adult and Elderly home companion visits
Errands and shopping
Traveling companionship
Recreational activities (parks, movies)
Respite care
Sitter services
Light Housekeeping
Laundry
Transpiration service with own car or companion’s car

24- Hour Live-in Care

Allay Home Health Services LLC specializes in providing 24-hour home care and meeting the specific health and personal needs of our clients. We provide around-the-clock live-in home care assistance with anything from assistance with a daily task to post-procedure care. A member of our team will meet with you and your loved one to tailor a care plan to meet your loved one’s specific personal and health-related needs.
